Nick Cannon Turned Down T.I.’s “ATL” Role

Nick Cannon revealed that he was originally supposed to play the role T.I. played in “ATL” but that he turned it down to secure a bigger bag.

“I don’t know if he elaborated on this when he was talking to Shannon Sharpe, I was supposed to do ATL,” Cannon said to HHDX. “The bag was a little bigger over at Roll Bounce with less days work; so I chose that one,” he added.

“I was like, ‘I could do this one and still complete the other project.'” He continued,” ‘Or I could go back down to Atlanta for a few months and not get paid as much.’ I did it for the bag.”

The bag was apparently worth it.

Last month, Nick Cannon, father of 12 children, said he wishes he’d had a baby with his ex-girlfriend Christina Milian.

“Everybody talks about having kids, that’s the thing. If I say this, I know this gonna go viral, but when Christina Milian and I were doing Love Don’t Cost a Thing, I remember when I found out she was pregnant…I was like, ‘Dang, man,’ but I was so happy for her,” he told The Shade Room.

He added: “I remember we was kids in love early on and so we talked about that, but to each his own. Life plans it out. The universe gives it how it’s supposed to be given.”
