Deshaun Watson is facing yet another lawsuit alleging s-xual assault and battery.

The new lawsuit, filed in Houston, accuses the NFL star s-xual assault and battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress.

Jane Doe says that in 2020, she went on a date with Watson. When drove out to take her out on the date, he called her and allegedly began “aggressively yelling and screaming and stating that he could not find her apartment and that he ‘doesn’t have time for this.’”

When he did arrive, she had not finished getting ready and asked him to take a seat on her living room but left her bathroom door open so that she could continue to converse with him to put him at ease.

After getting no response from him, she left the bathroom and was shocked to discover the athlete “completely naked on her bed, lying face-down on his stomach.”

She then demanded that she give him a massage, “gesturing to his buttocks.”

“Jane Doe was at this point in the encounter terrified. She was in her small apartment with a much larger man, and she was still reeling from Watson’s outburst and aggression on the phone. Doe thus tried to appease Watson by rubbing his back, rather than his buttocks. Watson began insisting, again, that she focus on his glutes,” the lawsuit reads.

He then turned over, displaying his er-ction, and gestured for her to massage from his knee to his groin, but Jane Doe, was frozen in shock. He then grabbed her and penetrated her vaginally, without her consent, before flipping her over and continuing the alleged attack.

Jane Doe was eventually able to quickly run “to her dresser to grab a heavy piece of décor for self-defense, and yelled at Watson [to] get out of her apartment. Enraged, Watson stormed out of Jane Doe’s apartment.”

In Texas, a five-year statute of limitations window applies because the case expressly alleges sexual assault.

In 2020, Watson faced a similar allegation when more than 20 women stepped forward to accuse the athlete of sexual assault.
