A new witness in the upcoming trial against Sean “Diddy” Combs claims he has personally seen several tapes of Diddy’sa alleged freak-offs, and two of the s*x tapes allegedly featured two celebrities who were minors at the time.
Courtney Burgess revealed that federal agents reached out to him initially and he was later subpoenaed as they have evidence to corroborate some of his shocking allegations.
Burgess also claims that he has the unedited version of the diary belonging to Kim Porter, Diddy’s late girlfriend and the mother of four of Diddy’s children.
TMZ has seen the court documents. According to the outlet, the feds demanded that Burgess turn over all records, including thumb drives, hard drives, electronic storage devices, or devices containing videos and other files featuring Diddy.
Last month, Burgess sat down for an explosive interview where he first made the claims. Some are calling him a clout chasing and are skeptical about whether his claims are valid.
Diddy denies all allegations against him.
