Netflix star Joe Exotic is a married man again after marrying fellow inmate Jorge.
Joe announced the news via his account on X, formerly Twitter.
“Never been more proud of someone,” Joe wrote on X. “Meet my husband Jorge Flores Maldonado.”

His new husband is Mexican, and on X, when a fan accused him of marrying the star for citizenship, Joe said he’d happily move to Mexico. Joe is 62, Jorge is 33.
Joe Exotic is currently serving a 21-year prison sentence at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. He was convicted in 2019 on 21 federal charges, including two counts of attempted murder-for-hire targeting animal rights activist Carole Baskin. He was also hit with numerous wildlife violations, such as killing five tigers and trafficking endangered species.
Originally sentenced to 22 years in 2020, his term was reduced by one year in 2022 after an appeals court ruled that the murder-for-hire convictions should have been treated as one offense.
Exotic has repeatedly requested a presidential pardon but was not granted one by Joe Biden or Donald Trump, whom he repeatedly endorsed.
