NeNe Leakes’ son Bryson Bryant is reportedly back in jail after being arrested for allegedly violating his probation and failing to pay child support.
Bryant, the son of the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum, has been in custody since May 1, according to TMZ. His bond is set at $27,000. The outlet reports that he was arrested for failure to pay child support, failure to appear, and failure to complete the terms of his probation.
The probation stemmed from a 2023 arrest for possession of fentanyl. At the time, Bryant allegedly gave police the name of his brother, Brentt Leakes.
The drug charge was later dropped through a plea deal, but Bryant was ordered to pay a $500 fine, complete 40 hours of community service, submit to random drug testing, and serve 12 months of probation.
Court documents filed June 2 allegedly state that Bryant did not report to probation, complete substance abuse testing, pay the fine or perform community service.
NeNe has previously spoken about her son’s struggles with substance abuse. During a 2023 appearance on the Reality with the King podcast, he revealed that he has been in and out of rehab after several relapses.
