NBC Anchor Accidentally Calls Drake A “Raper” Instead Of A “Rapper” Live On Air

An Eyewitness News ABC7 news anchor landed themselves in trouble after they accidentally described Canadian rapper Drake as a “raper” live on air.

While reporting about the shooting which occurred outside of Drake’s home yesterday, the news anchor, he meant to describe Drizzy as a professional “rapper,” anchor mistakenly described him as a “raper.”

“Lots of questions tonight. About a security guard who was shot outside the mansion of the raper… rapper, I should say, Drake,” he says in the clip.

After his beef with Kendrick Lamar, Drizzy was accused of being a p-dophile, and a clip of him fondling a 17-year-old girl at a concert has resurfaced, further fueling the rumors.

Drake denied the false claims in his song “The Heart Part 6.” The driveby outside of Drake’s home  is rumored to be connected to The Weeknd after the home of The Weeknd’s manager was shot up last week. A security guard was injured in that shooting and both shootings are near identical.
