NBA YoungBoy’s mother, Sherhonda Gaulden, is firing back after her son said he plans to love her “from afar” and never speak to her again.
The 26-year-old rapper addressed their estrangement during an appearance on Funny Marco’s Open Thoughts podcast, saying his relationship with his mother contributed to anger he carried in the past.
Sherhonda was quick to respond.
“Kentrell, you don’t talk to me, or you don’t talk to your f–kin’ kids?” she said in an Instagram video. “Quit playin’ with me on this internet. I let you lie on me too many muthaf–kin’ times.” She continued, “I don’t give a f–k if you don’t never call me. Just stop lyin’ on me, bruh.”
NBA YoungBoy shares his mother is the reason he’s been angry and on drugs. He said she used to beat and abandon him and his brothers. She’d leave them at home all day with no food, water and the lights would be turned off. He left to stay with is grandma and hasn’t and doesn’t… pic.twitter.com/Bkcrb85aJ7

“So the s–t y’all sayin’ is not going to make me turn on my children,” she said.
