A new mugshot of NeNe Leakes’ oldest son, Bryson Bryant, has gone viral online as the 36-year-old remains in a Georgia jail following his May arrest.
Bryant was taken into custody on May 1, according to TMZ, which obtained the booking image from the Gwinnett County Sheriff’s Office. The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s son wore a black T-shirt in the mugshot and appeared serious while being processed.
TMZ reported that Bryant was arrested on charges including “failure to pay child support,” a probation violation in a separate criminal case, and “failure to appear” for a court hearing. His bond was set at $27,000.
The probation issue stems from a 2024 case involving alleged fentanyl. During that encounter, Bryant allegedly told police he was his younger brother, Brentt Leakes, leading to a charge of “giving false information to an officer.” Bryant was sentenced in that case to 12 months of probation. He was also ordered to complete 40 hours of community service, undergo a drug evaluation, and submit to random drug testing.
In newly filed court documents cited by TMZ, Bryant’s probation officer claimed he did not complete any of those requirements.
