Ms. Pat is accusing Judge Judy of being blinded by her wealth and white privilege after the TV judge told unhappy Americans to “go somewhere else.”
The comedian didn’t hold back when TMZ caught up with her Monday in New York City, criticizing Judy Sheindlin for what she believes is an insensitive take on life in America.
“If you don’t like this country, go somewhere else,” Judge Judy said at the time. “Don’t come to the greatest country in the world, the most successful country in the world, and say, ‘I want to change it.’ There are other countries that are the something else that you want. Go there. Go there. But don’t come into my home and say, ‘I want to change it.’”
Ms. Pat argued that Judy’s enormous financial success shields her from the struggles everyday people face, particularly minorities.
She called the remarks “stupid s–t” and accused the veteran television personality of being disconnected from the “struggle of real people.”

The Ms. Pat Show star also suggested Judy might change her tune if the same problems she dismisses eventually affected her personally.
Ms. Pat has often discussed growing up in poverty and overcoming difficult circumstances before finding success in comedy, while Judge Judy spent decades presiding over televised legal disputes and became one of the industry’s highest-paid personalities.
