Ava Kris Tyson, a frequent collaborator of Youtube star Mr Beast, has pulled her Youtube channel after being accused of child grooming.
Tyson, who is a transgender woman, was accused of developing a relationship with a minor online, known as LavaGS, when they were just 13. Tyson was 20 at the time.
Some of the posts between the pair allegedly included nude photos, sex and hentai, meaning anime pornography. The posts have since been removed.
Tyson issued a statement denying any allegations of grooming.
“I would like to apologize for any of my past behavior or comments if it hurt or offended anyone. It was not my intent,” she wrote. “Seeing recent events we’ve mutually decided it’s best I permanently step away from all things MrBeast and social media to focus on my family and mental health.”
LavaGS also denied the allegations.
“These videos are massive lies and twisting the truth,” he said. “Ava never did anything wrong and just made a few edgy jokes. I was never exploited or taken advantage of.” He added that “Kris’s messages to me were sent in public discord servers/groups but everyone is framing it as if it was 1 on 1.”
