Monica Garcia trended online after speaking out following The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City season six reunion, which ended with Heather Gay admitting she once shared prescription medication.
Following the three-part reunion, Monica reacted on Instagram, calling the moment a turning point and questioning the legality of Heather’s actions.
“People will always tell on themselves,” Monica wrote in a video caption. “The fact that this subject was brought to the table was the peak of reunion parts 1, 2, and 3. And just like that, the gates have been opened.”
She added in a follow-up message, “Now we’ve entered a real conversation … Heather and her drug distribution.”
In the comments section, fans were divided.
“Girl, for real let it go already. Isn’t it exhausting hanging on to every episode and word they say then dissecting and make it fit YOUR narrative ? And if were gonna tall about drugs, let’s talk about how ripped Meredith was at the reunion. You’ll never get back on any Bravo show at the rate youre going. Im a huge fan but still this point its giving weirdly obsessed and unhealthy,” one viewer wrote.
Another viewer chimed in, adding, “How tf does Heather convince production to keep all of this stuff secret?!?! There’s no way they aren’t aware since everyone else is… But now that it’s been brought to the audiences attention, I feel like Heather is COOKED next season.”
This is not the first time Monica has made public allegations about substance-related issues among her former castmates. Earlier this month, she referenced an incident involving someone being hospitalized after drinking too much and also raised concerns about drugs at BravoCon. “It’s not about the c*ke,” she wrote at the time. “It’s about the hypocrisy.”
