Fab Morvan, 57, one half of the 1980s pop duo Milli Vanilli – who was stripped of a Best New Artist Grammy Award they won after it reveled they had lip-synced on their debut album – is divorcing his wife Kim Marlowe.
Fab and his wife Kim Marlowe were business partners as well as husband and wife, and filed an official divorce in Los Angeles county.
Kim worked with Fab and helped produce his new movie, about Milli Vanilli and what happened to them.
But there’s something ODD about Fab’s divorce. You see – he’s been living with another woman for the past decade – and maybe more. And Fab and the other woman, a blonde, have 4 children together.
In a recent People magazine interview, Fab told the mag that he lives in Amsterdam with his partner Tessa van der Steen and their four children: Sacha, 10, Solange, 7, and twins Paris and Vince, 2. Fatherhood has brought light into his life. “It healed me, because suddenly they became the focal point,” he says.
He remains committed to music — writing, singing and playing instruments himself this time around. “I said to myself, ‘Hey, let’s go for it. You’ve got nothing to lose,’” he says. “I saw the light at the end of the tunnel.”
