Pop singer Miley Cyrus claims she has “had no idea” that her mother had been dating her sister Noah Cyrus’ ex until they tied the knot.
Tish Cyrus, 56, married 54-year-old actor Dominic Purcell in August who previously dated her 24-year-old daughter Noah Cyrus. Her mother then started to date Dominic after they stopped dating.
“Noah and Dominic were seeing each other in a friends with benefits way, off and on,” a source told People.
“Tish never gave Noah the chance to talk about all of this before they got married,’ the source added.
Miley attended Tish’s wedding but Noah and her brother Braison Chance Cyrus were not present as they were reportedly not invited.
“Tish was the one who did not invite Noah and Braison to her wedding, and blocked them on Instagram after she pursued Dominic… it was Tish who requested security at her wedding to keep Noah and Braison out,” a source told ET: “She confronted her mom about it,” the source said, adding, “She thinks it’s a strange situation, but she loves her mom and wants her to be happy.”
