Milania Giudice is speaking for herself after her arrest and says the mugshot circulating online is fake.
The 20-year-old daughter of Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice addressed the situation in a TikTok video, telling viewers that one image being shared across social media is not her real booking photo.
“I have one thing to say,” Milania said. “I’m gonna save the rest for tomorrow, but that mugshot of me… if you guys really believe… that’s AI.”
Milania did not deny that a difficult moment happened. Instead, she said she plans to talk more and learn from it.
“I ate down in my mugshot,” she continued. “I look fire. I mean, nothing to be proud of, but… it is what it is. S–t happens in life… You got to learn from it, just become a better person, and talk about it.”

The Bravo family member said she was “not in a good area” in her life at the time of the incident.
“And you know what?” she said. “That happens.”
Milania, who grew up in front of RHONJ cameras, also pushed back at viewers who assume they know the whole story.
“Just because you guys think you know everything that happens in my life, you just really don’t,” she said.
Milania was taken into police custody in Montville Township after a May 14 domestic incident and charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/knowingly causing a bodily injury.”
A plea was not entered at her May 19 hearing.
