Milania Giudice was allegedly arrested after a family argument about her boyfriend escalated inside the home.
“Milania was allegedly fighting with a family member about her boyfriend,” the insider told Reality Blurb. “They allegedly raised some concerns they had, which angered Milania.”
“The fight got more intense,” the source added, “which inevitably led to Milania being arrested.”
The 20-year-old daughter of The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was taken into custody by Montville Township police following a domestic incident on May 14 at approximately 6:12 p.m.
She was charged with simple assault and purposely or knowingly causing bodily injury, according to reports. A court spokesperson told The Sun that the case was classified as domestic violence. A hearing took place on May 19, but no plea was entered.
Another insider previously claimed the argument became so serious that one of Milania’s sisters called police.
“There was so much going on that her sister ended up pulling the trigger to call the cops on her,” the source alleged. “It was out of fear for people’s safety and for the fact that Milania was going at multiple people.”
