Megan Thee Stallion is pushing forward in her legal fight to shut down damaging falsehoods being spread about her online.
The rapper has asked a federal judge to order blogger Milagro Gramz to delete past posts and recordings about her and to restrict what can be said about her moving forward. Megan’s legal team argues the content is misleading and harmful.
Now, Milagro’s side is asking for more time. Her attorney has requested a 15-day extension to respond to Megan’s filing, citing staffing issues rather than a substantive defense. According to court reporter Meghann Cuniff, two of Milagro’s attorneys have already withdrawn from the case, leaving one remaining lawyer who says they cannot meet the court’s current deadline.
The request comes with high stakes. U.S. District Judge Kathleen Williams Altonaga has warned that if Milagro fails to respond on time, the court could grant Megan’s request by default, without considering Milagro’s arguments at all.
If approved, the order would go beyond removing old posts. It would also place limits on what Milagro could say about Megan in the future.
The judge has not yet ruled on the extension.
