Megyn Kelly is dissecting Savannah Guthrie’s latest plea for help as the search for her missing mother stretches into a fourth week.
Speaking on her YouTube show, Megyn Kelly zeroed in on wording from an emotional Instagram post Savannah Guthrie shared on February 24. In the video, Savannah announced her family is offering a reward of up to $1 million and urged anyone with information to contact the FBI.
“Someone knows how to find our mom and bring her home,” she wrote.
Kelly suggested one line revealed new insight into what may have happened the night Nancy Guthrie disappeared from her Tucson, Arizona, home. “It’s day 24 since our mom was taken in the dark of night from her bed,” Savannah said in the post. Kelly reacted by noting, “No one has ever said that before.”
Investigators have released footage showing a masked suspect near the home and confirmed blood found on the porch belonged to Nancy Guthrie. No arrests have been made, and the case continues to draw national attention.
Security expert James Hamilton echoed that interpretation during the segment, saying, “I think she was literally saying she was taken from her bed.”
Kelly also questioned the timing of the large reward, suggesting it could prompt new tips or accusations. “Somebody might come out of the woodwork,” she said.
