Megan Thee Stallion has responded to a lawsuit from a former cameraman claiming that he was forced to watch her have intercourse with another woman while trapped in a moving vehicle with her.

Emilio Garcia also claims the rapper created a hostile working environment, cut his pay and frequently fat-shamed him. During a 2022 trip to Ibiza, Spain, after the vehicle incident, he says Megan called him a “fat bitch,” told him to “spit your food out” and “you don’t need to be eating.”

Garcia says Megan then changed his pay from a monthly rate of $4,000 to a “pay-per-task” system after the trip, resulting in him earning “significantly less.”

“[He] endured a barrage of relentless sexual and fat-shaming comments plunging him into profound emotional distress,” the complain reads adding that he suffered “mounting anxiety, depression and physical distress stemming from the toxic work environment.”

Megan’s attorney, Alex Spiro, released a statement on her behalf.

“This is an employment claim for money — with no sexual harassment claim filed and with salacious accusations to attempt to embarrass her. We will deal with this in court.”
