Megan Thee Stallion’s new documentary In Her Words, Meg drops a few bombshells – and she blasts Lebron James for being a supporter of Tory Lane, the man convicted of sh**ting Meg, Media Take Out has learned.
In “Megan Thee Stallion: In Her Words,” which is available on Prime Video, the rapper gives an in-depth look at the grief she endured after her mother’s death from a brain tumor in 2019 and the mental health struggles that stemmed from the shooting.
She spoke candidly about the loss of her mother, the betrayal of her childhood friend Kelsey Harris — who supported Lanez after the shooting — and her fight for justice as Lanez, along with bloggers and gossip sites, disparaged her on social media, in music videos and more.
Meg, 29, said in the doc, “[Critics] have ran my goddamn name through the ground so bad. And I think it’s because of how I am, and what I talk about and what I look like.” “The betrayal, the constant torture online, everything that happened after the shooting definitely made it, like, a hundred times worse.”
And she explained that LeBron James was one of the men who tormented her.
Meg explained that – in the midst of the controversy – LeBron James purposely posted videos of himself vibing to Tory’s music, as a not so-subtle jab at Megan. She says that LeBron’s support caused more people to “hate” her. Here’s the video:
Twitter is currently roasting the heck out of Lebron.
