Megan Thee Stallion fired shots at her label in a new freestyle on LA Leakers.
“These bitches don’t like me but I got to make them hate me/ How you want to be me, at the same time wanna shade me?/ I be making money on the muthaf-ckin’ daily/ Got my label mad but them n-ggas gotta pay me,” she rapped.
Megan has been in beef with her label after they tried to block her from releasing music in 2020. She sued them and won.
In February, Megan sued 1501 again after they claimed “Something For Thee Hotties” as a mixtape and not an album , so she would be stuck in her contract releasing more music under 1501 for longer.
“She can’t just deliver us an album that we did not approve and then claim it satisfies her recording contract,” 1501’s lawyer Steven M. Zager said in a statement. “It doesn’t, and the contract is pretty clear about that.”
