Megan Thee Stallion is coming under fire, from her former best friend. Her friend is claiming that the rapper may have committed academic fraud, in order to obtain her college degree.
As Media Take Out reported, Meg is a college graduate. The hip hop star crossed the stage at Texas Southern University in 2021 in cap and gown and received her diploma with the rest of the student body.
It was an amazing feat. Meg was taking classes, doing homework and reports, all while making music and touring.
But now Meg’s best friend is claiming that Meg may have committed academic fraud to obtain her diploma – and she made those allegations public, Media Take Out has learned.
Meg started the drama, when she went on Twitter and told fans that she used to pay her best friend’s rent. Well Kelsey clapped back and told fans that she used to do Megs homework – which is a violation of Texas Southern University’s Code Of Conduct. If true, it could be grounds for the University revoking Meg’s diploma.
Media Task Out reached out to Texas Southern University for comment. So far, they have not responded.

The Grammy winning rapper received a bachelor of science degree in health administration, a goal she set to honor both her late mother and her late grandmother.
“I want to get my degree because I really want my mom to be proud,” the artist, 26, told People last year. “She saw me going to school before she passed.”
