Meek Mill is distancing himself from Sean “Diddy” Combs after a video surfaced online of a New York City fan chatting with the Philly rapper circulated online.
In the clip, the fan shouts out Meek, who eventually responds by saying, “No Diddy gang. Meek Milly in real life. Don’t ever disrespect me, ya heard?”
Meek was allegedly the Philadelphia rapper mentioned in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ lawsuit, where the producer claimed he was having a sexual relationship with Diddy, which Meek has always denied.
Diddy’s attorney also denied the allegations at the time.
“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” Holley wrote. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
In the comments section, Diddy’s son Justin Combs responded to the video, commenting “smh.”
