Meek Mill’s name keeps coming up in the allegations against Sean “Diddy” Combs, and the Philly rapper says he wants to hire a team to investigate how he is being linked to the jailed mogul…and is offering to pay the team six figures to do it.
“I wanna hire an investigative team 100k cash to find out every specific detail involving meek mill name to ‘Diddy’ Case,” Meek wrote on X. “I also want them to look at who is powering the media involving ‘meek’ anything to do with buddy! ‘Something not right.'”

Meek has never been directly named in any lawsuits against Diddy, but in Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones’ laswuit against Diddy, one excerpt from it reads, “Mr. Combs informed Mr. Jones that he had engaged in sexual intercourse with rapper, R&B singer, and Stevie J,” as well as “a Philadelphia Rapper who dated Nicki Minaj.”
Many assumed Meek Mill as he is the only rapper from Philly known to have dated Minaj.
At the time, Diddy’s attorney, Shawn Holley, denied the allegations.
“Lil Rod is nothing more than a liar who filed a $30 million lawsuit shamelessly looking for an undeserved payday. His reckless name-dropping about events that are pure fiction and simply did not happen is nothing more than a transparent attempt to garner headlines,” Holley wrote. “We have overwhelming, indisputable proof that his claims are complete lies. Our attempts to share this proof with Mr. Jones’ attorney, Tyrone Blackburn, have been ignored, as Mr. Blackburn refuses to return our calls. We will address these outlandish allegations in court and take all appropriate action against those who make them.”
