Meagan Good is on a promo tour promoting her latest movie with Tyler Perry.
During a recent interview, Today Show host Hoda Kotb asked Meagan if her friends “advised” to “wait to see how everything shapes out” after his trial before dating disgraced actor Jonathan Majors.
“Uh, yeah, every friend advised me,” he replied.

She continued, “I take everyone’s opinion and advice into account, for sure, but at the end of the day, I’m the one who has to live my life. I’m the one who has to get to Heaven one day, prayerfully, and give God an account of what I did. So, I want to be responsible for the choices that I make. I also want to live the life that I want to live.”
Jonathan was found guilty of one count of misdemeanor assault in the third degree and one count of harassment in December, after his ex-girlfriend Grace Jabbari told police about the harrowing experience she had while with the actor. He was not found guilty of intentional misdemeanor assault in the third degree or misdemeanor aggravated harassment in the second degree.
