‘Married to Medicine’s ‘Sweet Tea’ Lunceford has given an update about her plans to conceive a child with her husband, Dr. Greg Lunceford, and says that they are taking a “break.”
“Honestly, after getting off the show, we have decided to just really focus on our marriage,” she said on livestream. “At first, I was trying to do it right away, but honestly, with all the drama, I just think that it’s important for us to establish a solid foundation, and of course, like I do want kids.”
She continued, “I definitely do want a family, but in order to have a family, you’ve got to have a solid foundation.”

Sweet Tea has been open about her fertility issues due to her endometriosis. The reality star has undergone two failed IUIs. They began their in vitro fertilization (IVF) journey around Valentine’s Day 2025.
Dr. Greg had given her a two-year deadline to conceive a child.
“Yes, initially I was, because he was saying, as far as the two years, that he wants to try other routes,” she said at the time. “I have endometriosis, but it does not mean that I can’t have kids. It just means that I may have difficulties here and there. But, you know, it can happen.”
