Marlon Wayas is being sued by his latest babys mother, a beautiful Los Angeles registered nurse named Brittany Moreland, Media Take Out has learned.
Marlon and Brittany linked up during the pandemic, and began living together under lockdown. And during their relationship , the two conceived a beautiful daughter together.
Well once lockdown was over, Media Take Out learned that Marlon soon went back to the streets – and broke things off with his new mom girlfriend.
Well now Birittany is looking to make the 51 year old actor PAY for the next 18 or so years. Media Take Out confirmed that Brittany filed a child support suit against Marlon asking him for $22K a month – so that she can properly take care of their daughter.
Brittany is asking for full custody of and child support for the one-year-old child she shares with Marlon.
She asks that her legal fees and “reasonable expenses of pregnancy and birth” be paid by Marlon. But she’s also asking for child support.
According to Brittany, Marlon earns a monthly salary of $200,000, while her estimated annual expenses while residing with the child amount to $22,080.
What are those expenses? The 34-year-old nurse spends $5,000 on her rent per month, nearly $9,000 on child care, groceries, and household supplies, and $1,500 on clothes, including their minor’s clothes and her program uniforms.
Brittany wants $2,000 for additional expenses, which she notes as “child care” so she can work.
