Mark Zuckerberg is looking forward to meeting Elon Musk in the ring but added that he’s “not holding his breath” over a proposed cage fight with Elon Musk.
Musk had agreed to square up with the Facebook CEO…but maybe he’s not so keen to step into the ring.
“I’m ready today. I suggested August 26 when he first challenged, but he hasn’t confirmed. Not holding my breath,” Zuckerberg wrote.
Just last week, Musk wrote that he “may need surgery before the fight can happen” due to problems with his neck and upper back.
“Exact date is still in flux. I’m getting an MRI of my neck & upper back tomorrow. May require surgery before the fight can happen. Will know this week,” he tweeted.
Musk challenged Zuckerberg to a cage fight in June. Zuckerberg simply responded, “Send me location.” He has posted pics of him training with elite athletes in preparation for the fight.
