Annemarie Wiley has won sole custody of her three children as a judge ordered estranged husband Marcellus Wiley to keep his distance.
Under the new court order, the former NFL star must stay 100 yards away from Annemarie and the children unless he is participating in approved parenting visits. For now, those visits must be supervised, and Marcellus can see the children twice during the week and once on the weekend.
According to the order, his visits may become unsupervised after he completes five domestic violence classes required by the court. Once Marcellus completes 26 classes, the estranged couple can revisit his parenting schedule and discuss whether longer visits or overnight stays are appropriate.

Marcellus is still permitted to attend his children’s extracurricular activities, provided he remains at least 20 yards away from Annemarie.
The judge also instructed the two to attend co-parenting counseling, while leaving financial issues unresolved for now.
Annemarie filed for divorce back in July and accused Marcellus of physical, sexual and emotional abuse while requesting protection from him.
Marcellus has denied the allegations.
“I’m deeply grateful for the love, prayers, and concern for me and my itty bitties. Your support is fully appreciated,” Wiley wrote back in July. “I completely and unequivocally deny these allegations, and I’m certain the truth will prevail. As you know, I’m usually the first to break down the truth and separate facts from fiction. But because this is now a legal matter, and because my greatest responsibility is protecting my babies, who have already been impacted, I have to handle this differently. When I can speak freely, I absolutely will.”
The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and the ex-NFL player are now moving through the divorce with a court-imposed custody plan and restrictions governing their contact.
