A man has taken to social media to take credit for the murder of Jacksonville rapper Julio Foolio.
Foolio was shot and killed while he was in Tampa, Florida, celebrating his 26th birthday. On his Instagram Story, she posted that the Airbnb he had booked asked him to leave because he had too many people staying at the apartment. He then moved the party to a local Holiday Inn.
Foolio was ambushed in the hotel’s parking lot. Three other victims were treated at a local hospital.
“On everything I love, on the dead homies, I put it on everything on my soul, on my kid, n-gga: I’m the one that smacked Julio Foolio that night when he got dropped at his birthday celebration. I ain’t gonna show my face or give my identity away or nothing like that, but you know, I did that,” he said in the video while wearing a Shiesty.
Hours after Julio Foolio’s death, Yungeen Ace dropped a video, seemingly taking responsibility for the killing.
The unidentified man seems to confirm this.
“There was money on his head. I rock with Ace and them boys, ATK. I be in Jacksonville heavy. If you know, you know,” he claimed. “I handled that because Ace had that money on his head, Ace had them put that 10K up. Told me to slide, told me to smack Foolio ’cause he got tired of that n-gga running his mouth, playing all the time, you feel me?”
In the comments, fans accused the man of clout chasing and do not believe he is telling the truth.
