Rapper Chopper from MTV’s Making the Band has been extradited to Las Vegas on sex trafficking charges.
The rapper was arrested April in Maryland after an undercover vice detective posed as a sex worker. The rapper then slid into her DMs and allegedly propositioned the detective.
Cops say he said she could make money through prostitution. After they searched through his messages, they found several messages connecting him to pimping. He allegedly interviewed the undercover cop for the job over the phone.
Cops say the rapper bragged about his 7 homes around the country and that Vegas was not a safe place to conduct his businesses because of the police crack down.
The undercover passed the test and Chopper said she would become a part of his “team” and “stable” and told them to pack their bags and meet him in Charlotte. The cop then tried to stall by saying they were afraid to leave home but claims he became angry and demanded a $2,000 fee.
