This week was one of the biggest weeks of the Biden-Harris administration. The President and the Vice President launched a new student loan forgiveness program that will save billions of dollars for middle class taxpayers.
And this is also a pretty big week for the Vice President, but for a different reason – as she celebrates her 8th wedding anniversary with her husband Doug Emhoff. To celebrate, Kamala decided to take a few days off – after passing the historic student loan reform – and joined her husband.
Unfortunately for Kamala, the paparazzi swarmed her while she was out taking a stroll and managed to catch her off guard. And now an image of Kamala – without makeup – is circulating online. And Black Twitter is unfairly taking jabs at Kamala’s appearance in the photographs.
Many on Black Twitter are saying that the beautiful Vice President looks much different than they imagined – and some claim she looks like an “old White woman.” Kamala is 57 years old.

Kamala Harris is one of the most successful Black women in the history of modern politics. She’s a politician and attorney who is the 49th vice president of the United States. She is the first female vice president and the highest-ranking female official in U.S. history, as well as the first African American and first Asian American vice president.
A member of the Democratic Party, she previously served as the attorney general of California from 2011 to 2017 and as a United States senator representing California from 2017 to 2021.
