‘Love Island USA’ Contestant FINALLY Removed After Resurfaced N-Word Clip!

Alannah Keyser is apologizing after her time on Love Island USA came to an end over a resurfaced video of her using the n-word and allegedly using other racial slurs online.

The former Peacock reality contestant addressed the controversy on TikTok Saturday, days after she was removed from the show. In the old clip, Keyser is seen rapping along to Roddy Ricch’s 2019 hit “The Box” and saying the slur as part of the lyrics.

“I’m coming on here to address some things that have been circulating online,” Keyser said in her apology video. “I do want to begin by addressing the video of me singing along to a Roddy Ricch song that contains a racial slur. I’m sorry to whoever has seen that video and has been offended by it, that was never my intention. The video is from six years ago, and that word is just not in my vocabulary anymore.”

Keyser also said the backlash has been difficult to process while her brief run on the dating series ended publicly.

“I do want to say directly that I do not support racism or discrimination of any kind, and I never have,” she said. “This has definitely been a learning lesson for me, and it sucks that I didn’t get a chance to really show my personality and who I am.”

Keyser is the second Season 8 contestant removed over past use of the slur, following Vasana Montgomery.

Fans were quick to point out that it was not just her words in the viral clip, but the way she treated the Black cast members very differently during the heart rate challenge inside the villa.
