Love Island star Huda Mustafa and her boyfriend, Louis Russell, are being slammed online after a livestream clip of a caller calling her former castmate, Olandria Carthen, the n-word, trended online.
In the clip, Huda and Mustafa are seen getting cozy, a fan calls during the livestream and viewers can hear what appears to be a child’s voice saying “Olandria is a n—er” before the pair burst out laughing and quickly end the call.

Huda and Olandria were close during their time in the villa, but their friendship ended after Huda refused to publicly condemn her fans who persistently racially attacked Olandria and Chelley Bissainthe.
The slur upset many viewers, and as the clip continued to circulate online, Huda hopped onto her Instagram to claim that she and Louis did not hear the troll say Olandria’s name and that they only heard the racial slur.

Huda says she wanted to address the incident before it “blows out of proportion” and that she doesn’t condone racism, and that’s why she hung up so quickly.
Viewers still don’t understand why a caller being openly racist is funny.
