Stevie J from Love & Hip Hop isn’t just broke … he’s broke broke, according to a new legal filing by his estranged wife Faith Evans. Media Take Out learned that Faith is claiming that Stevie has resorted to stealing her items, including her car.

Faith went to court to demand that ex-Love & Hip Hop star Stevie J return her car after she claimed he took it without permission and drove to Coachella. The judge agreed with Faith, and ordered Stevie to return it immediately or face criminal charges, Media Take Out confirmed.

The legal documents, which were first reported by Radar Online, show that Faith filed an emergency motion in the couple’s bitter divorce.

In the legal docs, the beautiful singer demanded immediate possession of a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van that was purchased after they split. Faith also asked for a court order prohibiting Stevie from driving her car or any other vehicle she owns including her 2020 Mercedes G Wagon and the Chrysler Pacifica.

Faith told the court that she purchased the car this year for her use and enjoyment – after the two split. The car was paid for in cash, and cost $164k. “The insurance policy does not cover [Stevie], and he is unauthorized to drive,” the motion reads.

And there’s more. Faith told the court that Stevie has a suspended driver’s license and can’t legally operate a motor vehicle. She explained it is customary for her to park the car on her property with the keys in the usual location.

So how did Stevie get her car? Well, Faith claims that on April 12, 2023, Stevie snuck onto her property as she slept, took the keys and drove off with the car.

She said despite her best efforts to ask him to return the car, he refused and took the car to Coachella.
Faith said she filed a police report reporting the vehicle stolen on April 12. The court granted the motion and ordered the car to be returned immediately.
