Netflix star Louis Russell is speaking out amid a growing legal dispute with his ex-girlfriend Nicole Olivera over custody of their son.
According to court documents, Russell claims he has been cut off from seeing their child, Luka, despite agreeing to certain conditions surrounding his current relationship. He alleges that Olivera has restricted access and is using their son as leverage during ongoing tensions.
“I am seriously concerned that she will move Luka,” Russell said in the filing. “I will have a hard time finding our son and being a part of his life.”
The situation comes after Olivera reportedly secured a temporary restraining order following an incident involving Russell’s current girlfriend, Huda Mustafa. Olivera claimed that Mustafa showed up uninvited to her residence, and even that Mustafa threatened to end her life if Russell did not come out to see her, leading to legal action.
Sources close to Olivera say she had concerns early on about Mustafa’s behavior and wanted to keep her away from their child. One insider claimed Russell later agreed and supported Olivera’s decision to pursue legal protection.
Russell is now seeking an emergency court order granting him joint legal custody and establishing a formal parenting plan.
Mustafa has also addressed the situation publicly. “I’m aware of what’s being said and it’s not true,” she wrote in a recent message. “I’m handling everything the right way by letting legal take care of it.”
The case remains ongoing as both sides prepare for further legal proceedings.
