Braden Peters, the livestreamer known online as Clavicular, has been charged with rape in Massachusetts over allegations involving a girl who was 17 at the time.
Clavicular is also charged with drugging a person for sexual intercourse and providing alcohol to an underage person, according to a criminal complaint filed in Orleans District Court.
Influencer Aleksandra Mendoza, who also goes by Alorah Ziva, made the allegations. She told Chatham police that she visited Clavicular’s family home on Cape Cod in May 2025 and drank vodka while spending time with him.

According to a police probable cause statement, Mendoza said she “felt she was peer-pressured to consume” alcohol and became intoxicated. She alleges Clavicular later had sex with her when she was too impaired to consent and again the following morning.
The same accusations also appear in a Florida civil lawsuit Mendoza filed against him. That case includes claims of sexual battery, battery, emotional distress and fraud.
Clavicular has denied wrongdoing and accused Mendoza online of seeking money or attention.

His representatives have also disputed allegations tied to a separate incident involving a fat-dissolving injection, saying Mendoza “knew what was happening with the injections.”
Police records state investigators tried twice to contact Clavicular about the Massachusetts case but did not reach him.
He is scheduled to be arraigned on October 14.
