Clavicular is facing legal trouble after a livestream filmed in the Florida Everglades sparked an investigation by wildlife officials.
The influencer, whose real name is Braden Eric Peters, has now officially been charged with unlawfully discharging a firearm in a public place or residential property following a March 26 broadcast that appeared to show gunfire aimed at an alligator from an airboat.
According to local Florida reports, the misdemeanor charge could result in a fine of up to $1,000, probation or possible jail time.
The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission addressed the incident in a statement posted to X after videos from the stream circulated online.
The agency said it was “aware of a video depicting individuals in the Everglades on an airboat who appear to be discharging firearms at an alligator” and confirmed officers were investigating. Officials did not publicly identify Peters in the statement.

Clavicular has built a large online following through “looksmaxxing” content and has previously faced backlash over several controversial livestreams, including one in which he appeared to overdose live on stream.
“Our client has been summoned to appear for a misdemeanor charge that stems from following the instructions of a licensed airboat guide,” his attorney said. “He relied on that guidance. No animals or people were harmed.”
Two additional men, Andrew Morales and Yabdiel Anibal Cotto Torres, were also charged in connection with the livestream.
