Lil Yachty Says He’s DONE w/ The Internet

Lil Yachty is getting dragged online for comments he made about rappers getting their style from Atlanta and says he isn’t going to speak on the internet for the remainder of 2024.

“I’m not doing no more talking,” Yachty said in the clip. “I don’t got sh-t else to say. I’m gone off this internet sh-t. I think I’m gone for the rest of the year. I swear to God. I ain’t got sh-t else to say. Contracted to do this podcast sh-t, unfortunately contracted to, but I ain’t posting no more sh-t. I ain’t posting no fits. I’m deleting the apps off my phone. I swear to God, I’m not tweeting, I’m minding my f-ckking business.”

On h is ownA Safe Place Podcast, the rapper said: “I feel like New York didn’t have this, like…I don’t want to say identity. Y’all are so clearly separated now. As far as like, everyone used to just kinda copy Atlanta.”

Several New York rappers responded to Yachty’s comments, including Juelz Santana and Fivio Foreign.

 “How Yatchy say ATL dress better then ny w a whole NY fit,” Fivio wrote.
