Lil Woody, the YSL member who snitched on Young Thug at a police station and testified in the ongoing YSL RICO trial, has apologized to the Atlanta rapper for his actions.
The interrogation video went viral as Woody tied Thugger to several significant crimes.
Woody says he has family to protect and lied to protect them and keep himself out of isolation.
“The pain, the suffering, everything I’ve caused on him and his family… I wish I had the mindset and the strength that I have now. I’ll never forgive myself. I took him through a process that I never should have took him through. Even though I know I’m not the cause of it, despite how anybody may feel, it’s wrong,” Woody said this week.
Woody has been praying that Thugger goes free but the YSL trial is nowhere near over.
“Wrong is wrong, we have sympathy for all the victims and their families. As kids, bad choices are made and punishment is acceptable, but this is a different story, this is corruption, this is madness and very personal,” Woddy added.
