Lil Reese is celebrating after a recent r-pe case filed against him was dismissed.
Reese was on a dinner date with the alleged victim last month before heading to a hotel in Downtown L.A.
The woman alleges that Reese attempted to initiate sex but that she was not interested and refused. She says he allegedly forced himself on her and after the harrowing incident, she went down to the hotel lobby and called the police. She also accused the Chicago rapper of Reese hitting her in the face, pulling her hair, and injuring her bottom lip. He was charged with misdemeanor domestic battery and released on a $10,000 bond.
The case has been dismissed due to insufficient evidence.
“So today was my first court date for the false ass sh-t that b-tch said I did and guess what case dismiss I wanna see they post and put this all around like they did when they said I rapped a lien b-tch,” he tweeted.
He then shouted out fellow rapper Boosie Badazz.
“S/o to @torenchatchig boosie you first n-gga knew I was innocent when it happen I get bitch a-s f-ck I gotta take some for [crying emoji],” he wrote on X.
