Lil Durk’s co-defendants are facing opposition from federal prosecutors as they attempt to overturn their stalking convictions following the rapper’s acquittal.
In an Oct. 14 court filing, prosecutors asked Judge Michael Fitzgerald to deny requests from Deandre “DeDe” Wilson and David “Browneyez” Lindsey to set aside their convictions or grant a new trial. This all stems from an alleged murder plot targeting rapper Quando Rondo that resulted in the death of his cousin, Saviay’a “Lul Pab” Robinson, in August 2022.
Wilson and Lindsey’s defense teams argued that a concealed plan to attack someone cannot constitute stalking if the intended victim doesn’t know he is being followed, but prosecutors disagreed.
“Defendants’ multi-day stalking and murder scheme that caused Mr. Robinson’s death and severe emotional distress to Bowman clearly falls within the scope of the statute,” they wrote, referring to Quando Rondo by his legal surname.

The government also disputed arguments that Robinson wasn’t an intended target, alleging the conspirators knew multiple people were inside the SUV when gunfire erupted.
The latest filing comes after jurors delivered their verdict on Sept. 11. Lil Durk was found not guilty on all five counts, while Wilson and Lindsey were convicted of three stalking offenses.
Both men were acquitted of murder-for-hire charges.
A judge has yet to rule on their latest requests.
