Lil Durk’s federal case has changed again ahead of trial, with prosecutors securing a fourth superseding indictment in the murder-for-hire case against him.
The new filing brings the total number of counts against the rapper, born Durk Banks, from six to seven. Prosecutors say the revision does not add new allegations but corrects how two alleged victims were previously grouped under one interstate stalking charge.
According to the filing, rapper Quando Rondo and Saviay’a Robinson, known as Lul Pabb, should have been listed separately.
“Each victim constitutes a separate offense under the federal stalking statute,” prosecutors said.
Authorities allege Robinson was killed in Los Angeles in August 2022 during an attack intended for Quando Rondo.
Durk now faces one stalking count tied to Quando Rondo and a second alleging stalking that resulted in Robinson’s death.
Other charges remain in place, including conspiracy to commit murder-for-hire, use of interstate facilities to commit murder-for-hire resulting in death, conspiracy to commit interstate stalking and a firearms charge.
Federal prosecutors claim members of Durk’s Only The Family collective carried out a retaliation plot following the 2020 killing of rapper King Von.
Durk has denied the accusations and pleaded not guilty.
U.S. District Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald recently separated the racketeering allegations from the upcoming proceedings, meaning the jury will focus on the Los Angeles murder-for-hire case when trial begins later this month.
