Lenny Hochstein is denying allegations that he drugged and sexually assaulted a woman at his Star Island mansion after a Jane Doe accuser filed a lawsuit against the Miami plastic surgeon.
The ex-husband of Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein is being sued for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress, according to court documents. The woman, who was visiting Miami from London in May 2025, claims she was invited to a private afterparty on Star Island after meeting a man at a club.
In the lawsuit, the woman alleges there was no party when she arrived at the mansion. She claims Hochstein repeatedly made advances toward her and gave her a pill he described as a sleeping aid, and that she trusted him because he is a doctor, and later blacked out.
According to the lawsuit, the woman claims she woke up the next morning, and Hochstein told her they had sex. She alleges she had rejected his advances before losing consciousness. The woman also claims she later asked Hochstein about the pill and that he told her it was melatonin, but she later came to believe it was Ambien.
Hochstein has denied the allegations. “I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life,” he told TMZ. He added, “This is an encounter I had over a year ago. There are multiple witnesses.”
