Lenny Hochstein is denying a woman’s lawsuit alleging he drugged and r*ped her at his Star Island mansion, with his attorney saying video and text evidence will challenge her claims in court.
The Miami plastic surgeon, 59, who was previously married to Real Housewives of Miami star Lisa Hochstein, was sued by a woman identified as Jane Doe. In the lawsuit, she alleges Hochstein drugged and r*ped her in May 2025 and is suing for sexual battery and intentional infliction of emotional distress.
Hochstein has denied the allegations.
His attorney, Lorne Berkeley, told TMZ that the legal team has evidence it believes contradicts the woman’s account.
“Dr. Hochstein categorically denies the allegations asserted against him,” Berkeley said. “We possess evidence that we believe materially contradicts the claims and evidence that will be presented in the appropriate legal forum.”
According to TMZ, the defense says the video shows the woman leaving Hochstein’s home, speaking with him, and appearing comfortable before getting into an Uber. A short clip was shared with the woman’s face blurred, while the full video was not released because of its sexual nature.
Berkeley also said the woman texted Hochstein afterward about his plans for the following night and seeing him again. He further claimed money demands were made in July 2025.
The woman’s attorney, Tony Buzbee, stated that he knows about the video and insisted it “[changed] nothing,” and also denied she was dancing.
