Attorneys for former New York Housewife, Leah McSweeney, are questioning Andy Cohen being cleared of several allegations made in their lawsuit against him.
In February, Leah filed a lawsuit naming and several other producers of the show.
“[Cohen] engaged in cocaine use with ‘Housewives’ and other Bravolebrities that he employs” and rewards “‘Housewives’ with whom he uses cocaine with more favorable treatment and edits,” the lawsuit claimed.
Bravo recently stated that, “The outside investigation into the recent allegations made by Brandi Glanville and Leah McSweeney against Andy Cohen has now been completed, and the claims were found to be unsubstantiated.”
“How do you have an investigation without speaking with to anyone? As far as we know no one ever contacted our firm,” her attorney Gary Adelman said in a statement via Page Six. “Our opinion is that no one is going to believe this was a real investigation.”
