Sean “Diddy” Combs may not be the only person to get indicted federally for s** trafficking. Media Take Out learned that a prominent Florida criminal defense attorney is saying that Cassie may be fighting indictment also.
The lawyer, Bradford Cohen, who defended Kodak Black and other high profile defendants, claims that it was Cassie who leaked the Diddy tapes, in an attempt to avoid federal charges herself.
It’s an explosive claim = that the lawyer is making using his :expert opinion” on criminal matters Media Take Out has learned.
The lawyer explained, “[Cassie] essentially, in my opinion, is a co-conspirator. She probably took part in many situations where there are allegations of misconduct.”
The lawyer continued, “Leaking the tape and now the statement reinforces her position that she had no choice on the matter and thus tries to avoid any criminal liability.”
Adding, “This is some inside baseball based on my experience in these situations. Based on the tape leak and the statement, she most likely doesn’t have an immunity deal yet, but I am sure her team is angling for one. All these actions are the work of an experienced skilled criminal defense team. I tip my hat to the way it has been played.”
