A disturbing new lawsuit has been launched, which alleges that Sean “Diddy” Combs r*ped a young blonde model, and forced his then=girlfriend Kim Porter into an unwanted freak off, Media Take Out has learned.
April Lampros, in a claim filed in the Supreme Court of New York County, alleges that 20 years ago Diddy promised to mentor her and provide industry connections before becoming “aggressive” and “coercive.” She is the sixth woman to detail assault allegations against Diddy in a lawsuit, accusations that Diddy’s lawyers denied in previous statements.
Lampros, 51, states in the suit that she met Combs in New York City in 1994 while she was studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology. She alleges he s**µally assaulted her on four occasions, including one incident where she was forced to take ecstasy and have s*x with Combs’ former girlfriend Kim Porter.
The assaults were violent and vile, according to the lawsuit, read by Media take Out.
The first time Diddy s**µally assaulted her was in 1995 after they met at a New York City bar. She alleges that Diddy pressured her to drink alcohol.
She felt “uneasy” after a few sips and was later guided to a car to leave with Diddy, the suit said, arriving at a hotel where she continued to feel unwell. Lampros was on a hotel bed when Diddy allegedly forced himself on top of her and began to forcibly kiss her, the suit said.
The alleged r**ist undressed her despite her attempts to tell him she felt unwell and pleading with him to stop, the suit said.
Lampros passed out while being r**ed by Combs, the suit said.
She claims the violence happened three more times, including once when Diddy’s former girlfriend Kim Porter was also assaulted.
Lampros alleges that she was at Diddy’s apartment in Manhattan with Kim Porter after returning from a nightclub. Diddy allegedly forced both women to open their mouths and forced ecstasy down their throats.
He then allegedly demanded Porter and Lampros have s** and told Lampros she had no control when she tried to refuse, the suit said.
She also alleged that Kim Porter and Combs had her fired from a bar after Kim Porter saw her working there. According to the suit, Kim called Lampros’ manager and falsely accused her of trying to poison Porter in a move that Lampros’ believes was retaliation.
