A woman who filed a sexual assault lawsuit against Migos rapper Takeoff now wants to add his mother, Titiana Davenport, as a defendant since the rapper was murdered last year.

The Jane Doe says the rapper sexually assaulted her at an Encino house party on June 23, 2020. According to Doe, TakeOff tried on several occasions to make moves on her but she turned him down. She says she later went to a bedroom to lie down, and he followed her and “forced himself on her and engaged in sexual intercourse.”

Davenport is currently acting administrator of his estate in a Georgia probate court, so she would like her to be listed as a defendant.

TakeOff’s attorney denied the allegations back in 2020.

“We have reviewed the allegations and have similarly done our own due diligence,” Drew Findling said. “What has become abundantly clear is that the allegations made against Takeoff are patently and provably false. The claims and statements made regarding this lawsuit indicate that the plaintiffs’ representatives have not spoken with relevant witnesses or reviewed available evidence.”

Houston police arrested and charged 34-year-old Patrick Clarke. According to reports, Clarke fatally shot the rapper during an altercation over a high-stakes dice game at 810 Billiards & Bowling on Nov. 1, 2022.

Clarke says he is innocent.
