The Los Angeles Police Department is reportedly investigating the viral brawl between rapper Blueface and his girlfriend Chrisean Rock.
Sources told TMZ that police now want to interview them both about the fight and that they will be reviewing surveillance footage in the area which could lead to charges.
The viral video shows Blueface and Chrisean arguing outside of a Hollywood nightclub. In the video, it appears that Chrisean was the first to get violent – hitting the tall and slender rapper in the face. Blueface responded, with even more violence.
Blueface then appeared to punch Chrisean hard in the face, dropping his girlfriend and much smaller opponent. Then, the rapper sat on top of his fallen girlfriend, and appeared to rip a large gold chain from off her neck.
Blueface is a popular Los Angeles based rapper. In October 2018, after releasing the music video for his song “Respect My Cryppin’”, he became a viral meme due to his offbeat style of rapping. The following month, he was signed to Cash Money West, the West Coast branch of Birdman’s Cash Money Records label.
