Lala Anthony may be a beautiful woman…but she says she doesn’t think men out there want to date her.
TMZ asked her about a 2022 interview, where she revealed that young men kept sliding into her DMs.
“I retract my statement. It’s the top of the year and I don’t feel like any guys wanna date me,” she said.
The interviewer then asked her to choose between dating a 22-year old or a 40-year old man.
“I prefer whoever is for me. Whoever God says is for me, I’m good with it,” she said. After some thought, she added that “22 is a little too young.” When it comes to 34, though, “we can do that,” she noted.
Lala was a guest on the Spotify podcast “Call Her Daddy,” and she explained her predicament to the show’s host Alex Cooper.
“Here’s how it goes. This is what I’m finding, I don’t understand this … I’m not saying when you get older you want to date younger guys, but when you get older, only younger guys want to date you,” the gorgeous actress explained.
She continued, “It’s the wildest thing. Guys will DM me and want to take me out and I’ll Google them, I’ll be like, ‘You’re 22 years old.’ Like, how?”
